Robert Walker (b1818?) was a merchant and magistrate.
Walker, of Lethamhill near Hogganfield, worked in the family manufacturing business in Ingram Street and eventually succeeded his father as its chairman. For around forty years he was a Justice of the Peace for the County of Lanark. He played a leading role in the planning and construction of the reservoir at Hogganfield. He took an active interest in the relief of the poor through his involvement in the Barony Parochial Board.
