An exhibition of schools' projects in the Rosebowl and Superbowl competitions in the Banqueting Hall, City Chambers, pictured for the October 1993 issue of Glasgow City Council's newspaper The Bulletin. Stands featured the "green" projects tackled by the eleven winning primary schools and ten winning secondary schools and were manned by teachers and pupils of the schools.
The objective of the Rosebowl and Superbowl competitions is to make the city's school pupils aware of the environment. Projects are designed to improve the local environment in conjunction with local people, local agencies and local businesses. 1993 marked the twenty-first anniversary of the first Rosebowl competition.
