A concert at the bandstand in Queen's Park, late 19th century.
This iron bandstand was made in Glasgow and originally set up in Queen's Park. Later, an open-fronted building was constructed on the site and the original bandstand was relocated to Duchess Park in Motherwell.
Just visible over the trees in the distance are the elegant tenements of Queen's Drive.
