Glasgow Corporation Transport Orchestra in 1966.
The orchestra was one of many staff organistions supported by Glasgow Corporation Transport department. The orchestra is photographed here on 5 June 1966, when it played at the bandstand in Queen's Park. Sitting in the front row on the far left is Bill Giles, a GCT driving instructor. James Dinnie, a jeweller, is standing at his shoulder, furthest to the left.
