Hillhead underground

A man purchasing a ticket at vending machines at the Glasgow Underground's Hillhead station in Byres Road, 1962. A penny ticket was valid for three stops in either direction, and adults paid a penny ha'penny (just over 0.5p) fare to any of the other stations on the line.
