The ticket office at Glasgow Corporation Tramways headquarters in Bath Street, 1921.
Tram tickets were counted out and packed into wooden boxes at head office. The boxes were then sent on to each of the tram depots. Each box was stencilled with the name of the depot and the name of the day the tickets were to be issued. In this photograph, the women are filling Sunday boxes for Maryhill, Newlands and Dennistoun.
