The "Harrow" overcoat, illustrated in the Walwer styles overcoats catalogue for the winter of 1939-1940 issued by Wallace & Weir, 26 Argyle Street, manufacturers of men's and boy's clothing.
In addition to the standard sizes, coats were available in larger sizes. For chest size over 42 inches up to 48 inches, an additional 10 per cent was charged; over 48 inches cost an extra 15 per cent. Leather buttons were an optional extra at 1/6d (7.5p) each.
