William Kidston

William Kidston of Ferniegair was a member of the first Glasgow School Board in 1873. He was a member of the Free Church. The Bailie portrayed him as a bigot and religious fanatic.

Kidston lived in Helensburgh and gave his name to Kidston Park there.
