Eastfield House in Cambuslang, photographed in 1870 by Thomas Annan.
The lands of Eastfield were purchased from the Hamilton family in the mid-18th century by Gabriel Gray, a Provost of Rutherglen and the son of John Gray of Dalmarnock. The name of the estate is commemorated in the name Eastfield Avenue, which lies close to Dukes Road in Cambuslang.
