Garrioch Public School

Pupils exercising in the bright central hall of Garrioch Public School in Wyndford, in 1916. A man (probably the headmaster, James D Martin), looks on from the left, and a woman teacher from the right.

The school was opened in 1905 by the Maryhill School Board. There are rows of climbing frames along each side wall in the hall.
