Director of Glasgow Building Preservation Trust 1992-2000 and responsible for the organisation of the UK's first Doors Open Day, restoration of St. Andrews in the Square, Wellpark Enterprise Centre and the Tobacco Merchants House. Since 2000 Project Director of the Merchant City Initiative.
