Malcolm Reed has been Director General of Strathclyde Passenger Transport since 1997. He spent seventeen years in senior positions with Strathclyde Regional Council and has lectured at the University of Glasgow. He is a graduate and post graduate of the University of Oxford and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Transport.
