Captain Thomas Robb (b 1830) was the Superintendent of the Southern Division of the Glasgow Police.

Robb was born near Bannockburn and trained to be a lawyer. He worked for a number of large businesses before joining the Glasgow Police in Cowcaddens in 1852, and rising swiftly to the rank of Lieutenant. In 1853 he moved to the Central District, and three years later became Superintendent of the Southern Division.
