Lecture Theatre 1 in the Boyd Orr Building, University of Glasgow, 1972.
The Boyd Orr Building was equipped with a number of spacious and modern lecture theatres. They were equipped with modern seating, large blackboards, a demonstration bench with stand for a lecturers notes, and a white screen for use with overhead projectors or powerpoint presentations. The seats here do not have desks or benches on which to rest notes and books, suggesting that this particular room was intended for guest speakers rather than regular undergraduate teaching.
